Synera Red

40% Garnacha, 40% Tempranillo,
20% Cabernet Sauvignon

With a red cherry colour, it exudes the aromas of ripe red fruit with spicy undertones and a hint of wild berries. Delicate and generous in the mouth, it is equally fat and fresh. It is a well-balanced wine with a lingering after-taste, and temps you to have a second glass.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with 18 days of maceration and brief pumping over to gently extract the varietal potential. Fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 24ºC in order to find the optimum balance between structure and aroma. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent blending.

Barbecued meat, cured ham, cheese.

A Mediterranean wine, a harmonious union of the sea and the mountains; it reflects the character, the climate and the geographical diversity of this land. It evokes the love and the pining that the poet Salvador Espriu felt for the town of Arenys, or as he called it Sinera; the town his family came from and where the poet spent his summers.
