With a delicate pale pink colour and fine, elegant bubbles, it is expressive. Made from the Garnacha variety, it presents a clean and elegant nose. With great aromatic intensity, it offers notes of red fruit and hints of wild berries. On the palate, it is subtle and delicate. It balances volume and structure with freshness and acidity.
Complex, thanks to its 20 months of aging, offering pleasant sensations and a persistent finish.

WINE MAKING

Made following organic viticulture practices. The blends are blended to achieve volume and structure, freshness, acidity, and aromatic potential.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, followed by a brief cold skin maceration to extract maximum aromatic potential and the desired colour compounds. A soft pressing is carried out, followed by static settling. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately 21 days at low temperatures to preserve the varietal aromas.
Following the traditional production method, tirage is performed and the wine is aged in the cellar for 20 months at a constantly controlled temperature, until disgorgement. A dosage (liqueur d’expédition) is then added.
