Synera White

80% Macabeo 20% Chardonnay

With a pale yellow colour, it has a remarkable aromatic, elegant nose.
White fruit (apple, pear and banana) blends with citric aromas (mandarin and orange) with underlying notes of white flowers and a hint of anise. In the mouth it is generous, pleasant, long and rich with fresh sensations.

A brief cold skin maceration is carried out to extract the maximum aromatic potential, followed by static racking. Fermentation is carried out over 15 days in stainless steel vats at a low temperature (16 ºC) to preserve as much of the varietal aromas as possible.

Appetizers, salads, pasta, rice dishes, light fish dishes.

A Mediterranean wine, a harmonious union of the sea and the mountains; it reflects the character, the climate and the geographical diversity of this land. It evokes the love and the pining that the poet Salvador Espriu felt for the town of Arenys, or as he called it Sinera; the town his family came from and where the poet spent his summers.
