Bright redcurrant colour. Complex nose, with subtle aromas of strawberry and raspberry and confectionery notes. In the mouth it is well-balanced, with a noticeable meaty yet fresh structure, and an elegant finish.

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 15 days, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.

A Mediterranean wine, a harmonious union of the sea and the mountains; it reflects the character, the climate and the geographical diversity of this land. It evokes the love and the pining that the poet Salvador Espriu felt for the town of Arenys, or as he called it Sinera; the town his family came from and where the poet spent his summers.
