Aladelta

50% Merlot - 40% Garnacha - 10% Syrah

Aladelta shows a Black-bluish color, with cherry red reflections. On the nose it presents pleasant notes of red fruit (cherry, strawberry).
With an intense and juvenile fleshiness, as it aireates, it obtains more creaminess and structure, resulting in a persistent and voluminous wine.

WINE MAKING

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with 18 days of maceration and brief pumping over to gently extract the varietal potential. Fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 24ºC in order to find the optimum balance between structure and aroma. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent blending.

AGEING

Aging of 4 months in American and European oak barrels.

PAIRING

Barbecued vegetables, Mountain style rice, poultry and lamb meats, dishes with mushrooms.
