Joan Sardà Brut Nature Reserva
50% Xarel·lo - 35% Macabeu – 15% Parellada

Golden in colour with fine, elegant bubbles that are well integrated, it presents itself as fresh and fruity. Made using the traditional method with Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grapes in perfect balance, it offers an intense nose with notes of white and yellow fruit, along with hints of fresh grass. On the palate, it is deep, expressive, and elegant.
Its great complexity comes from a long aging process of between 26 and 30 months, with marked freshness and a delicate aftertaste.

WINE MAKING
Made following organic viticulture practices. The blends are blended to achieve volume and structure, freshness, acidity, and aromatic potential.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, followed by a brief cold skin maceration to extract maximum aromatic potential. A gentle pressing is then carried out, followed by static settling. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks over approximately 21 days at low temperatures to preserve the varietal aromas.
Following the traditional method, the wine undergoes tirage and rests in the cellar for 26–30 months, where it ages at a constantly controlled temperature until disgorgement. It is then corked and labelled.
