WINE MAKING

Fermentation in stainless steel vats at about 26ºC. Temperature-controlled malolactic fermentation.

PAIRING

Grilled white meats, mild cured sausages, tataki, beef carpaccios, meat-based rice dishes, roasted poultry or semi-cured cheeses.
